In less than a dozen words
You’ve set this big lazybones sleepyhead
spinning and creeky cranking
thinking over too much
it seems like a brand new idea,
a zen riddle, or something smart grandmothers
pass to bright granddaughters.

I am so glad you like it – sometimes we get lucky and poems appear without much effort…

I’ve had very little time to write/blog lately – but the process remains very important to me – and I am thankful forthe sense of community.
